Our Producers

New dining events will be posted 2-3 weeks in advance. Reservations must be made in advance for all dinners. We typically close reservations on Wednesday night. We do our best to hold dinner reservations for our AirBNB farmstay guests. Please contact us to make reservations if the dinner event is listed as sold out. We may still be able to accommodate your reservation or place you on a waiting list.

Join us this Friday evening for another Italian feast. We will begin with rustic peasant soup followed by hand made gnocchi with meat ragu. Braised Italian sausage with mushrooms over polenta will be served as our main course followed by an artisan cheese board. Chocolate affogato will be served for dessert. Dinner will begin at 6:30 PM. Farm To Table - Chicken Cacciatore Italian Feast

Join us the Friday evening to celebrate the end of January with a Northern Italian feast inspired by our trip to Bressanone and the South Tyrol area last year. We will start with a smoked salmon amuse-bouche followed by risotto bianco. Etruscan soup will be served before our main course of Chicken Cacciatore. Sacher-torte will be served after an artisan cheese board. Dinner will begin at 6:30. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for seating and drinks.
