Dining

Ingredients

We are a family passionate about food. Our farm raises pastured, grass fed lamb as well as naturally raised vegetables and fruits. We use ingredients from our farm as much as possible and turn to other local producers for items that we do not grow. Other ingredients are sourced as locally as possible.

Fridays

WINE BAR & CENETTA

Our winery is open on Friday evenings throughout the year for small plates, appetizers and wine for walk in customers. We also offer three course Italian dinners called cenetta by advanced reservation. These dinners are family friendly with individual party seating indoors or outdoors weather permitting. Cenetta dinners are typically posted 2 to 3 weeks in advance to allow for menu design around seasonal ingredients. You may see a list of upcoming dinners and make reservations directly online. Come to the winery and enjoy a great glass of wine, rustic Italian meals and take in the view of Blue Mounds from our outdoor pergola patio.

Saturdays

WINE BAR & FARM TO TABLE

Customers are always welcome without a reservation on Saturday afternoons during late Spring, Summer and early Fall for wine, appetizers and small plates. We close the winery to walk-in customers at 5 PM to prepare for our Saturday farm-to-table dinners. Farm-to-table dinners are reservation only with advanced purchase on-line. Dinners are posted on our web site a few weeks in advance. Come enjoy a five course meal with friends or family. MaryAnn, co-owner and hostess, will welcome you and describe each course, tell stories about the food, farm and entertain you throughout the evening. We frequently host other local producers who offer products ranging from grass-fed beef, cheese to honey. These producers will share their story with you at the dinner. Starting time for farm-to-table dinner events is typically at 6 PM but may occasionally vary. Check our web site under specific dinner events for start times. Dinner guests should feel free to arrive early to relax with a glass of wine and appetizers and allow time for seating.

Things to Note

We are a no tip facility and have instead instituted a fixed percent service charge on a customer's final bill. This allows us to offer a fair wage to our staff. Customers make reservations and advanced payment on-line for cenetta and farm-to-table dinners. Service charge and beverages are not included on the initial payment. The service charge will be applied upon checkout to your entire bill including drinks.

We are a small family business and cannot make menu substitutions for farm-to-table or cenetta dinners. However, a single fixed course substitution for a true medical allergy can be considered with several weeks advanced notice.

Customers at our farm-to-table dinner events tend to have a really great time. Therefore, in a small dining room such as ours, it can get a bit loud with conversation and laughter.

We believe in slow food and our meals take advanced planning and preparation. A fee will be charged to all cancelations. Payment for dinners are non-refundable within the timeframe outlined in our terms and conditions.
